Welcome to Learnovix, an executive learning platform available at learnovix.trade. By using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access and use of Learnovix. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

We offer personalized coaching sessions and live workshops for executives. Details on schedules and session fees are provided during registration.

All session fees are non-refundable due to advance allocation of trainer time and materials. You may request a credit toward a future session if you cancel at least 7 days before the original date.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital course materials, video recordings, and templates. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Materials are considered used once accessed or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content protection, refunds for information products are only granted under the conditions described in Section 5.

4. Goods

Physical goods include printed manuals and branded merchandise. Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers may send items back within 30 days of delivery if items remain in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping-back costs.

5. Refund Policy

To request a refund or credit, please complete our Support Form. All requests are reviewed and processed promptly.

5.1 Services

If you cancel a session at least 7 days before the scheduled date, you may receive a credit toward a future session. Credits expire 6 months after issuance. No cash refunds are available, as trainers and resources are reserved in advance.

5.2 Information Products

Refunds for information products are available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and if no materials have been accessed or downloaded. This ensures content protection and quality assurance.

5.3 Goods

Refunds for items shipped back are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds are applied to the payment method used for purchase. Shipping-back fees are not refundable.
